Jury Duty Leave and Subpoena Leave. 1. Should an academic employee be summoned to Jury Duty, the College shall release the academic employee, provided a qualified substitute can be secured. When jury duty pay is for time not normally within employee's working hours, the employee may keep the compensation for such time.
