Common use of Jury Duty and Court Appearances Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty and Court Appearances. 31.1 In the event a regular, full-time employee in the classified service is duly summoned to any court for the purpose of performing jury duty, he/she shall receive his/her regular hourly rate of pay for any regularly scheduled working hours spent in actual performance of such service.
