Common use of Jurisdiction of Law Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction of Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably agrees that the Courts of England are to have jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit action or proceeding and to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement ("Proceedings") including but not limited to recovery by the Landlord of possession of the Premises and for all such purposes the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts
