Senior Consultant A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in duties associated with MCS is required for Senior Consultant positions. The functional responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to: • Managing the day-to-day operations • Ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects or services • Providing technical and subject matter expertise in fulfillment of Customer SOWs • Participating as a senior team member providing high-level consulting services • Planning, organizing, and executing tasks in successful delivery of projects or services • Developing and defining strategic visions • Planning, directing, controlling, scheduling, coordinating, and organizing management of tasks • Providing Customer interface in fulfillment of Customer SOWs • Possessing authority and responsibility for the execution of Customer SOWs • Planning, organizing, and overseeing all subordinate work efforts • Ensuring quality standards and work performance on Customer SOWs • Organizing, directing, and managing support services
Independent Consultant 13.1 In the performance of work or services hereunder, Consultant shall be deemed an independent contractor, and any of its agents, employees, officers, or volunteers performing work required hereunder shall be deemed solely as employees of contractor or, where permitted, of its subcontractors.
Prior consultation It is expected that the Parents, or duly authorised education guardian, will consult personally with the Head or with the Head's authorised deputy before Notice of Withdrawal is given by the Parents.
Consulting Teacher Under the direction of the Principal, the consulting teacher is responsible for the student support program. This means supplementing the instructional and behavioral management program for identified special needs students.
Employment of Consultant CONSULTANT will perform as an independent contractor all services under this Contract to the prevailing professional standards consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession, both public and private, currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions, including reasonable, informed judgments and prompt, timely action. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional or national professional standards.
Consultant Consultant agrees to indemnify, defend, and shall hold harmless Client, its directors, employees and agents, and defend any action brought against same with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent that such an action arises out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Consultant.
ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANT The Company hereby engages Consultant to ------------------------- assist the Company in programming services.
PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANT (a) Payments of undisputed amounts are due and payable within sixty (60) days after the City’s receipt of an invoice from the Consultant. Undisputed amounts unpaid after sixty (60) days from the City’s receipt of such invoice shall bear interest at the rate of three percent (3%) per annum.
Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.
Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:
