On 2 December 2020 (210 days prior to the end of the Supply Period), Norco sends Xxxxxx Xxxxx a notice advising: (a) the Supply Period is due to end on 30 June 2021; (b) the Supply Period will be automatically renewed for a further 12 months; (c) the new Supply Period will end on 30 June 2022; and (d) if Xxxxxx Xxxxx or Norco do not want the Supply Period to be renewed they must give a notice to the other party by 1 January 2021. Xxxxxx Xxxxx gives notice to Norco on 18 December 2020 that they do not wish to renew the Supply Period. The Supply Period is not renewed and will end on 30 June 2021.
