Common use of Judicial Actions Clause in Contracts

Judicial Actions. Issuance of any Lien, levy, assessment, injunction or attachment against any Borrower’s Inventory or Receivables with an aggregate value in excess of $10,000,000 (for all such Inventory or Receivables) or against a material portion of any Borrower’s other property that is not a Permitted Encumbrance which is not stayed or lifted within sixty (60) days;
