Judgments/Bankruptcy. Except as disclosed in writing to Buyer, there are no judgments against Seller unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Act of Insolvency has ever occurred with respect to Seller.
Judgments/Bankruptcy. Except as disclosed in writing to Repo Agent, there are no judgments against any Relevant Party that are unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Act of Insolvency has ever occurred with respect to any Relevant Party.
Judgments/Bankruptcy. Except as disclosed in writing to Buyer, there are no judgments in excess of $10,000,000 against either Seller unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Act of Insolvency has ever occurred with respect to Seller.

Except as disclosed in writing to Administrative Agent, on behalf of Xxxxxx, there are no judgments against Seller, Pledgor or Guarantor that are unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Act of Insolvency has ever occurred with respect to Seller, Pledgor or Guarantor.

As of the date hereof, each Purchase Date, the date of any Future Advance Purchase and the date of any Margin Excess payment made to Seller, except as disclosed in writing to Buyer, there are no judgments against Seller or Pledgor in an amount greater than (i) $250,000 with respect to the Seller and (ii) $10,000,000 with respect to the Pledgor, in each case, that are unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Act of Insolvency has ever occurred with respect to Seller or Pledgor.
Judgments/Bankruptcy. Except as disclosed in writing to Buyer, there are no judgments against Guarantor or, to Guarantor’s knowledge, unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Insolvency Event has ever occurred with respect to Guarantor.
Judgments/Bankruptcy. Except as disclosed in writing to Buyer there are no judgments against Seller or Guarantor unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Act of Insolvency has ever occurred with respect to Seller or Guarantor.
Judgments/Bankruptcy. (a) There are no judgments against any Loan Party unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America or other jurisdiction and no petition in bankruptcy has ever been filed by or against any Loan Party and no Loan Party has ever made any assignment for the benefit of creditors or taken advantage of any insolvency act or any act for the benefit of debtors. 24 (b) No receiver, conservator, liquidating agent or similar Person has been appointed, nor has anyone sought such a receiver, conservator, liquidating agent or similar Person to be appointed, for all or a substantial portion of the assets of any Loan Party. (c) No Loan Party has become, nor is presently, financially insolvent nor will any Loan Party be made insolvent by virtue of its execution of or performance under this Credit Agreement, the Note or any of the other Financing Documents to which such Loan Party is a party within the meaning of the bankruptcy laws or the insolvency laws of the United States of America or any other jurisdiction.
