Judgment and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process (other than those described in Subsection 6.1(H)) involving an amount in any individual case or in the aggregate for or against one or more of the Loan Parties or their respective Subsidiaries in excess of $500,000 (not adequately covered by insurance as to which the insurance company has not denied coverage) is entered or filed against any Loan Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries and/or any of its respective assets and remains undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of 60 days or in any event later than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder; or Credit Agreement/Shenandoah Telecommunications Company
