Judgment Against the Corporation. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Indenture Trustee that, in case of any Proceeding to obtain judgment for payment of the principal of, premium, if any, or interest, if any, on the Debentures, judgment may be rendered against it in favour of the Holders or in favour of the Indenture Trustee, as holder of a power of attorney for the Holders, for the amount which may remain due in respect of the Debentures and the interest and premium, if any, thereon.
