Journeyman Rate. (a) The rate of pay for Journeyperson Drywall Finishers working under this Agreement shall be pursuant to Wage Schedule A (attached) and the Taxable Net Wage shall be increased by two dollars ($2.00) per hour on July 1, 2018, and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour on January 1, 2019, and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour on January 1, 2020, and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour on January 1, 2021 and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour on July 1, 2021.

Journeyman Rate. (a) The rate of pay for Journeyperson Drywall Finishers working under this Sacramento/Monterey Area Addendum shall be pursuant to the Sacramento/Monterey Area Addendum Wage Schedule A (attached) and the Taxable Net Wage shall be increased by two dollars ($2.00) per hour on July 1, 2018, and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour on January 1, 2019, and the Total Package shall be increased by two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour on January 1, 2020, and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour on January 1, 2021, and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour on July 1, 2021 of this Agreement and/or any extensions thereof. All other terms and provisions of the Northern California Drywall Finishers Master Agreement shall apply. This Sacramento Area Addendum in no way effects the interpretation and/or application of any other Articles and/or Sections of the Northern California Drywall Finishers Master Agreement.

Related to Journeyman Rate

  • Journeyman GROUP I: All applicants for employment who have three and one-half (3½) or more years of experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market, have passed a Journeyman's examination given by a duly constituted Outside Local Union of the I.B.E.W., and who have been employed for a period of at least one (1) year in the last three and one-half (3½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Journeymen An Employee who holds a certification of qualification for his/her respective trade in accordance to the Alberta Apprenticeship, Training and Certification Act (or its successor).

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Mileage Rate The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
