Jointly Provided Switched Access. The Parties will use industry standards developed and routing based on the LERG to handle the Provisioning and Billing of Jointly Provided Switched Access (MECAB, MECOD, and the Parties' FCC and state access Tariffs). Each Party will xxxx the IXC the appropriate portion of its Switched Access rates. Qwest will also provide the one-time notification to CLEC of the billing name, billing address and Carrier identification codes of the IXCs subtending any Access Tandem Switches to which CLEC directly connects. This type of traffic is discussed separately in this Section.

This type of traffic is discussed separately in this Section. Qwest will deliver to CLEC all Jointly Provided Switched Access traffic that it receives from IXCs destined to CLEC End User Customers. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, such traffic must be delivered by Qwest over the Jointly Provided Switched Access trunk groups groomed for a specific CLEC end office (i.e., those publicly-dialable NPA NXX Codes served by that end office).

The Party identified in the LERG as the Access Tandem provider for such calls will make available to the other Party appropriate billing records at no charge, and each Party will bill its own access services to the IXC. Qwest will also provide the one-time notification to Cellular 29 of the billing name, billing address and carrier identification codes of each of the IXCs subtending any Access Tandems to which Cellular 29 directly connects. Supervisory signaling specifications, and the applicable network channel interface codes for Type 2 trunks, are the same as those defined in Telcordia Reference Documents GR-145-CORE and BR- 000-000-000.

  • Jointly Provided Switched Access Services 7.5.1 Jointly Provided Switched Access Service is described and governed by the FCC and state access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routing, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. CenturyLink and CLEC agree that the originating, intermediate, and terminating LECs for switched access will cooperatively determine the Jointly Provided Switched Access arrangements in which all parties concur.

  • Third-Party Charges Customer may incur charges from third party service providers that are separate and apart from the amounts charged by Comcast. These may include, without limitation, charges resulting from accessing on-line services, calls to parties who charge for their telephone based services, purchasing or subscribing to other offerings via the Internet or interactive options on Public View Video, Video, or otherwise. Customer agrees that all such charges, including all applicable taxes, are Customer’s sole responsibility. In addition, Customer is solely responsible for protecting the security of credit card information provided to others in connection with such transactions.

Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.
