For copyrightable Works, the Collaborator herein provides the Government with a written Nonexclusive, paid-up, irrevocable Copyright License in order for the Government to be able to use, modify, reproduce, perform, display, release or disclose the CRADA Work, including CRADA Computer Software, for any Government Purpose. The CRADA Work will have the following marking: “This Work was created in the performance of a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement 19-15 with the CCDC Ground Vehicle Systems Center. The Government of the United States has certain rights to use this Work.” The Collaborator can commercialize the CRADA Work, including CRADA Computer Software, if both Parties determine in writing that no patent protection will be sought and upon terms and conditions to be negotiated in writing between the Parties.

From these meetings, comments, data reports, goals, strategies, and activities were developed. Throughout the academic school year input is welcome from ALL stakeholders. A strong school, parent and community partnership is in the best interest of our students. Parents are encouraged to visit the Parent & Family Resource Center, become volunteers. Day One Volunteers are needed for the first day of school. Volunteers are needed for field trips, hall monitoring, and the front office. Based on parent input, AMS parents prefer meeting and workshops at flexible times and days. Based on these findings, meetings will be scheduled at flexible times/days to accommodate parent needs. Notification will be presented/announced using a multitude of communication methods. Communication about Student Learning AMS is committed to ensuring that a strong school- home partnership exists through two-way communication with families about student academic progress. We ask that parents ensure that all contact information the school has on file is always up-to-date. AMS will use various methods of communication between the school and home such as, text/chat technology, email, USPS mail, phone calls, flyers and information being sent home with students, website updates, school messenger calls, and marque updates. Parents are encouraged to schedule conferences with their student’s team of teachers (at AMS all core subject teachers MUST participate in parent-teacher conferences).
