Joint Ventures etc. No Group Company is, or has agreed to become, a member of any joint venture, consortium, partnership or other unincorporated association (other than a recognised trade association in relation to which the Group Company has no liability or obligation except for the payment of annual subscription or membership fees).

Except as formally approved by the Board of Directors of the Parent, Executive shall not be entitled to any interest in such project, program or venture or to any commission, finder’s fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the compensation to be paid to Executive as provided in this Agreement.

SSLIC does not own, directly or indirectly, any of the outstanding capital stock of any corporation or an interest in any partnership, joint venture, or other enterprise, other than any securities held for investment purposes in the ordinary course of business.
