Joint Subcommittee. The City and the Union agree to create a joint subcommittee to monitor the costs utilized by the actuary to ensure that only costs appropriately related to the health care plan are included when calculating the City’s estimated annual health care costs as those estimates are used to set employee health care premium sharing amounts. These costs will include the direct costs, administrative costs, and the costs of healthy lifestyle and general health education programs.
Joint Subcommittee. The Employer and the Union agree that, as soon as possible following ratification of this Memorandum of Agreement, a Joint Subcommittee shall be constituted comprised of three (3) members appointed by the Employer and three (3) members appointed by the Union.   • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • Subcommittees Unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Incorporation, these bylaws or the resolutions of the Board designating the committee, a committee may create one (1) or more subcommittees, each subcommittee to consist of one (1) or more members of the committee, and delegate to a subcommittee any or all of the powers and authority of the committee.

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:
