Joint Study Committee. 4-4-1: The Board of Education and the Association may form such joint study committees, as they deem mutually necessary.
Joint Study Committee. 3-3-1 The negotiators for the Board and the Representative Organization are empowered to create joint study committees. 3-3-2 Professional and/or lay consultants may be used if deemed necessary by either party.
Joint Study Committee. Each party shall appoint three (3) members to a joint study committee, which committee shall have it as its purpose to study the following:
Joint Study Committee. A group given specific assignment to develop a more meaningful understanding of a given area to assist the negotiations teams in coming to a mutual agreement. The responsibility of such committee shall be determined by the negotiations at the time. The study committee shall be advisory only and shall not be directive.
Joint Study Committee. 3-2-10-1 Negotiators for the Board and the Association are empowered to create joint study committees when necessary. 3-2-11 Adopting Agreements 3-2-11-1 Agreements reached through the aforementioned procedure shall be reduced to writing and shall be presented for approval by the Board and the Association and shall be signed by the properly designated officers of the Board and the Association.
Joint Study Committee. The District and Association shall establish a joint on-going committee to review the experience and cost of this program (and the previous retiree medical insurance program). Modifications to this program supported by cost experience shall be recommended by the committee to the parties bargaining representatives.
Joint Study Committee. A Joint County/F.O.P. 89 Study Committee will be established for the purpose of studying the subject of eligibility for disability pension based on non-job related mental disability.
Joint Study Committee. 23.1 The Joint Study Committee shall serve in the capacity of employee/ Board/administration liaison.
Joint Study Committee. During the SY2006-2007, the parties agree to form a Joint Study Committee to review, assess, and make appropriate recommendations regarding modifications to the Unit I rating instruments. The Joint Study Committee shall submit its written report by June 30, 2007.
