Joint Signatures. If the Borrower is more than one person or legal entity, each Borrower who signs this Deed will be jointly and severally bound to comply with all the obligations and liabilities of the other Borrower(s).

Joint Signatures. When more than one person is designated as the Borrower under this Contract or when one or several persons have become sureties, assume or otherwise become liable for the obligations of the Borrower, their obligations towards the Lender are solidary.
