Common use of Joint Research Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Research Committee. Promptly and in any event within [***], the Parties shall establish a committee (the "Joint Research Committee" or "JRC") as more fully described in this Section 3.1. The JRC shall have review and oversight responsibilities for all research and development activities performed hereunder, including oversight of the Research Collaboration, in each case as more specifically provided herein.
