JOINT PURCHASERS. That in case there are Joint Purchasers all communications shall be sent by the Developer to the Purchaser whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Purchasers.
JOINT PURCHASERS. Insofar as there may be more than one Purchaser in terms of this agreement, the liability of each of such Purchasers shall be joint and several.

That in case there are Joint Vendee all communications shall generally be sent by the Vendor to the Vendee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/ her, however sending of any communication to either of the Vendee shall for all purposes be considered as served on all the Vendee.
JOINT PURCHASERS. If this Agreement is signed by more than one person as Purchaser, the obligations of all the signatories shall be joint and several.
JOINT PURCHASERS. If there is more than one Purchaser in terms of this agreement, they shall each be fully liable for all of the obligations of the Purchaser and these obligations shall not be able to be divided between these Purchasers, i.e. the liability of each of the Purchasers shall be joint and several.
