Joint Meeting. The representatives of the party made up of Board members and Administrators shall meet at least once every three (3) months with representatives of the Association, at a mutually convenient time and date, when requested by either party to discuss matters of concern. Each party shall be limited to six members. Representatives of the Board and the Association may mutually request the services of the Federal Mediation Conciliation Services (FMCS) to help fashion a Joint Labor/Management Committee including, but not limited to, the following provisions: Training in collaborative problem-solving and consensus-building along With initial and subsequent monitoring from FMCS, representatives from both parties with active participation, joint control, written ground rules, bi-monthly meetings with set agendas, and published minutes for all staff.
Joint Meeting. 22.2.1 The District shall meet with the Association any time during the year when layoffs are anticipated to negotiate the effects of the proposed layoff. 22.2.3 Decisions to reduce bargaining unit member hours shall be made in accordance with the Education Code and established case law.
22.2.4 The District shall provide the Association with written details of the layoff/reduction in hours either at the joint meeting or before the joint meeting takes place.
Joint Meeting. FNSBEA and the Employer agree to meet upon request of either party and at reasonable times to discuss the interpretation and application of this Agreement. The FNSBEA and the Employer agree to advise the other party of their representatives for this purpose.
Joint Meeting. When a layoff or reduction in hours is anticipated, a meeting will be held with the Administration and the Association. Factors to be explained will include cause of the layoff or reduction, personnel involved and other issues relating to the new work schedule.

Joint Meeting. EMPLOYER’s administrative executive and members of the Senior Administration shall meet at least three times a year with the Delegate and Singers Committee to discuss matters affecting the Chorale, including but not limited to increasing work opportunities, broadening streams of revenue, and emerging technologies. Either side shall have the right to invite the EMPLOYER’s Artistic Director and AGMA staff representatives to such meetings. The Artistic Director shall meet with the Singers Committee at one of the three joint meetings for the purpose, among other topics, of reviewing future concert programming.
Joint Meeting. Not less than annually, during the first or second month of the calendar year, RBOC and City shall schedule a joint meeting. During this meeting, the following items will be reviewed:
(a) Annual Goals and Objectives Statement with specific measurable indicators.
(b) Annual Report which documents statements of revenue and expenses and details utilization by type of function.
(c) Annual marketing plans for the RBOC Area which reflect the specific performance goals and objectives of the operation. Other items of discussion will include Economic Impact Report and items of special interest.
Joint Meeting. EMPLOYER's administrative executive and Board President, shall meet at least twice a year with the Delegate and Singers Committee to discuss matters affecting the Chorale. Both sides shall have the right to invite the EMPLOYERS Music Director and AGMA staff representatives to such meetings.
