Joint Marketing Activities. As convenient, the parties may elect to undertake joint marketing efforts to generate new shipping business. These joint marketing efforts may include, but are not limited to, joint advertising activities aimed at promoting the all water route; joint exhibitor booths at maritime events; joint press conferences; editorial placement and other public relations materials or activities of mutual interest.

Joint Marketing Activities. AMEX and ASF agree to conduct joint marketing activities (such as customized seminars) in order to generate AMEX Leads, whereby ASF provides experts and marketing materials at ASF's expense and AMEX generates attendees at AMEX's expense. ASF covenants that when conducting joint marketing activities, ASF will comply with the Quality Standards listed in Exhibit B. AMEX is responsible for meeting expenses associated with the customized seminars.

Joint Marketing Activities. The Parties agree to use best efforts to, with in the ninety day period after the date hereof, jointly create a global marketing plan to capture and convey the collaborative value of this Agreement and the relationship created by this Agreement (the “Marketing”). Joint Marketing Activities a. RAM and Palm shall jointly develop a mutually agreeable plan (the "Marketing Plan") which shall address, but not be limited to, the matters set forth in Schedule 5.a. annexed hereto. RAM and Palm shall each use all reasonable efforts to complete the Marketing Plan as soon as practicable after the date hereof. The Marketing Plan shall incorporate this Agreement by reference and, when adopted by both parties in writing, shall become part of this Agreement.
Joint Marketing Activities. 3.1 During the term of this Agreement, each Party shall cooperate and work with the other Party in business planning, marketing efforts and presentations. Each Party may bring prospective client recommendations to the other Party for the purpose of selecting the most appropriate projects for the pursuit of mutually beneficial opportunities. Each Party may introduce the other Party to prospective customers. In each instance, each Party shall use its reasonable efforts to cooperate with the other Party in jointly marketing products and/or services to such customers as set forth herein; provided, however, that nothing in this Agreement shall obligate any Party to work with or notify the other Party on individual marketing opportunities or projects.
