JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. 5.1 A Joint Liaison Committee shall be established within 20 days of the ratification of this Agreement by the Parties.
JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. 5.1 The Joint Liaison Committee for the administration of this Agreement shall be the Committee established under Article 5 of the Collective Agreement for full-time faculty and full-time professional librarians subject to 5.2.
JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. In the event that there is a matter or issue of concern, the President of the Association will advise Human Resource Services of the concern or issue in writing. The senior administrator responsible for Human Resource Services or designate, and the Principal - Special Education or designate, shall meet with the President or designate and one other Association representative to discuss the matter, and take such action as the Board feels is appropriate in the circumstances. It is agreed that there will be a minimum of two (2) meetings per year with the option of mutually agreeing to additional meetings.
JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. 25.1 Within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of this Agreement, the Governors and the Association shall form a Joint Liaison Committee.
JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. The Employer and the Union agree that any problems related to scheduling of work under this Letter Of Understanding shall be addressed at a joint liaison meeting. Should a grievance arise concerning this Letter Of Understanding, the matter will be held in abeyance until such time as the Parties have had an opportunity to meet to fully discuss the dispute.
JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. The District and OSEA shall establish a joint liaison committee as an avenue for enhanced labor/management communication. JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. I A Joint Liaison Committee shall be established within days of the ratificationof this Agreement by the Parties. The Joint Liaison Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Association and representatives of the University. A quorum shall be members, provided that representatives of each Party are present. The Committee shall be chaired jointly by one of the representatives of the Association and one of the representatives of the University who shall together be responsible for preparing and distributing agenda and minutes of meetings. The Joint Liaison Committee shall review matters of concern arising from the application of this Agreement, excluding any dispute which is at that time being resolved under the grievance and arbitration procedures set out in Article This Committee shall attempt to xxxxxx effective communications and working relationships between the Parties and shall attempt to maintain a spirit of mutual co-operation and respect. In the light of this objective, this Article does not preclude the occurrence of informal meetings between representativesof the Association and the University to attempt to resolve differences that may arise from time to time. JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE. EVS and WVS will remain and act as independent research organizations, but they will coordinate their activities related to planning, organization and implementation of data collection and data- sharing in European countries. A Joint Liaison Committee (JLC) will ensure regular communication and coordination of common activities between the two organizations. Each group will appoint three representatives as members of the JLC, including the Chair of EVS and the President of WVS. Regular communications will usually be electronic and members of the JLC will be invited to participate in major organizational events, planning meetings, and workshops from 2016 to 2018, to promote mutual cooperation and understanding.

The University acknowledges a continuing responsibilityto maintain a working environment in which the academic functions of Members are effectively carried out, and undertakes, therefore, to provide a reasonable level of facilities, services and equipment required to meet the Members' contractualobligations, includinglibrary,telephone, photocopying, electronic mail, computing, secretarial and technical services. To enable Members to fulfil their obligations under Articles and the University shall provide each Member for exclusive use a furnished office equipped with a computer, and appropriate laboratory and studio space. in circumstances where there may be a shortage of office space, a Member may be required to share an office with another Member or Contract Academic Staff member. Such sharing of an office shall be for a specified limited period of time, and in any case shall not be for longer than one academic year. A Member office under this provision shall be entitled to the exclusive use of a desk, computer and telephone.
