Joint Labour/Management Consultation Meetings. The Company and the Union agree to meet for the purposes of promoting co-operation between the Company and the Union and discussing issues relating to the work force which affect the parties or any Employees bound by this Agreement. Both parties agree to meet a minimum of once every three months.

Joint Labour/Management Consultation Meetings. The Company and the Union agree to meet for the purposes of promoting co-operation between the Company and the Union and discussing issues relating to the work force which affect the parties or any employees bound by this Collective Agreement. Parties agree to meet on an as-required basis, the chair rotates; the Company will take minutes and both parties to agree upon the minutes prior to distribution. While not forming part of the Collective Agreement, the Union has provided the Company for reference purposes a guideline for such joint labour/management consultation meetings which are described in Appendix “B”.
Joint Labour/Management Consultation Meetings. Objective: Recognizing the community interest in the efficient and economical operation of the Company as well as the satisfactory working life for all employees affected by the work of this Committee and believing that the basis of good relations rests upon co-operation and good communications between the parties, the Management and members of the Union hereby agree to work together in the successful operation of a Joint Consultation Committee.

Related to Joint Labour/Management Consultation Meetings

  • Consultation Meetings (A) Upon request by the Union, the Secretary of the Department of Management Services or designee or the Agency Head or designee shall make a good faith effort to meet and consult on a quarterly basis. Such meetings shall be held at a time and place agreed to by the state and the Union.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE 28.00 The Union and the Employer agree to establish/maintain a Union Management Consultation Committee which shall be comprised of two (2) representatives of the Local Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. A person designated by the Union and the Employer shall alternate as the Chairperson.

  • Joint Consultation Committee a) A committee known as the Joint Consultation Committee shall be established by the parties.

  • Negotiation Meetings 1. Negotiation meetings will be scheduled at the request of the parties and, until negotiations are concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time, and place of a subsequent meeting.

  • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:
