Common use of JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. A Joint Labour-Management Committee shall be set up comprised of two (2) or three (3) representatives of the Board to be appointed by the Chief Constable and three (3) representatives to be appointed by the Union. The purpose of the said Committee will be to meet and discuss miscellaneous matters related to conditions of employment, as required by either party.

A Joint Labour-Management Committee shall be set up comprised of two four (2) or three (34) representatives of the Board Corporation to be appointed by the Chief Constable Administrative Officer and three four (34) representatives to be appointed by the Union. The purpose of the said Committee will be to meet and discuss miscellaneous matters related to conditions of employment, as required by either party.
