Common use of JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Employer and Bargaining Unit mutually agree to constitute a Joint Labour Management Committee. The Committee will consist of Union Representatives and the Employer. The Union Committee will be elected or appointed from the Bargaining Unit. The Joint Labour Management Committee shall meet at least bi-monthly or upon request of either party. Subject matter will include, but is not limited to:

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Employer and Bargaining Unit mutually parties hereby agree to constitute appoint a Joint Labour joint Labour-Management CommitteeCommittee of one (1) employee appointed by the Union and one (1) person appointed by the Employer who shall meet to discuss and, if possible, provide understanding on points of mutual interest between the parties; it being understood that such Committee shall have no right to usurp the power of the negotiation or grievance committees. Subject matter will include, but is not limited to:preparing an agenda to be distributed to the Committee members prior to the meeting.

The Committee will consist of Union Representatives This committee shall meet to discuss issues relative to the working relationship, to develop an understanding and the Employerbetter communications. Any subject matter may be tabled by either party at said meetings. The Union Committee will be elected or appointed from the Bargaining Unit. The Joint Labour Union-Management Committee shall meet at least bi-monthly or upon request in March and September of either party. Subject matter will include, but is not limited to:each year.
