JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. 38.01 The parties agree to a Joint Labour Management Committee comprised of the Shop Stewards and management representatives (the number not to exceed the number of Union Stewards on the committee). The committee shall meet on a quarterly basis.
