Joint Job. Evaluation Committee A joint job evaluation committee shall be formed with two (2) representatives from each of the parties to this agreement. Meetings of the Joint Job Evaluation Committee will require at least one (1) representative from each party. Representatives of the Union will suffer no loss of seniority or remuneration otherwise payable by the University when such meetings are held during work hours. The Employer is not obligated to pay any additional wages, salaries, overtime or other premiums in the event that the parties agree to schedule a meeting of the JJEC during non-working hours. The Union and Employer agree that the Joint Job Evaluation Committee shall:
Joint Job. Any employee who voluntarily posts for, and is the successful candidate for a in a lower rated job grade shall go to the start rate of the grade range. Any employee who voluntarily posts for, and is the successful candidate for a job in the same job grade as his current job shall paid at the same step which he had such grade. Notwithstanding the above, no employee may earn more than the then existing job rate for any given job grade.
Joint Job. Evaluation Committee There will be a Joint Job Evaluation Committee composed of six persons including three representatives and one alternate appointed by the Corporation and three representatives and one alternate appointed by the Union. The Joint Job Evaluation Committee will consider all requests for evaluation of Job Descriptions for new positions created within the bargaining unit and for re-evaluation of revised Job Descriptions for existing positions.

As soon as is practicable, after the ratification of the Collective Agreement; the parties shall establish a Joint Job Evaluation Committee consisting of up to three (3) members from the Employer and up to three (3) members from the Bargaining Unit.
