Common use of Joint Health & Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Health & Safety Committee. The Employer and the Union will appoint an equal number of representatives of 3 or more to a Joint Health and Safety Committee to review and make recommendations as to occupational health and safety issues related to custodial work. Recommendations will be presented to the Union and to the Employer in writing. The committee will meet no less than four times a school year (as per clause 24 c).
