Joint Consultations. (a) The Company and the Union recognize the mutual value of ongoing joint consultations in matters pertaining to working conditions, supervision, safety and labour-management relations generally. To this end, Company representatives and the union representatives who are employed by the Company may meet at such time and place as may be mutually agreed upon, for the purpose of discussing the application, interpretation, and possible violations of the Agreement, and any other matters of mutual concern and benefit.

Joint Consultations. The Company and the Union recognize the mutual value of ongoing joint consultations in matters pertaining to working conditions, supervision, and Labour/Management relations generally. Company Representatives, Union Stewards, and the Union Representative if available, will meet at least every two (2) months for the purpose of discussing matters of concern and benefit, including matters of safety. The Company agrees to notify the Union Representative at least one (1) week in advance of the scheduled meeting. Minutes of such meetings are to be forwarded to the Union office. The parties may mutually agree to set out a calendar.
Joint Consultations. 1. a) The Parties to this Agreement mutually agree that benefits will accrue to all concerned from frequent joint consultations on matters concerning the Pilotage service in Area 1. To this end, meetings may be held from time to time between the Officers of the Authority and the Pilots' Committee to discuss matters of common interest. (Except for Clauses (iii), (iv) and (v) of Sub-paragraph (c) hereof, these meetings shall be paid as per Article 19.1. (h). The expenses for such meetings shall be paid in accordance with the Authority's Travel Regulations. It is further agreed that such meetings may not always require attendance from a Representative of the Guild, but if the said Representative is not in attendance, the Chairman of the Pilots' Committee will keep the Secretary Treasurer of the Guild fully informed of such discussions that may occur.

The consulting Parties shall make every attempt to arrive at a mutually satisfactory resolution of any matter raised through consultations under this Article or other consultative provisions of this Agreement.

  • UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE 28.00 The Union and the Employer agree to establish/maintain a Union Management Consultation Committee which shall be comprised of two (2) representatives of the Local Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. In determining who the affected Tribe(s) may be, FEMA will first establish that it is a type of Undertaking with potential to affect historic properties with religious and cultural significance and may consult with the SHPO and Tribe(s), and may access the National Park Service (NPS) Native American Consultation Database or other tools to identify geographic tribal interests.
