JOINT CONFERENCE BOARD. 9.1 The objective of this Agreement is to establish fair working conditions and regulations for both the Em- ployer and the employee in the construction industry, and to maintain industrial peace in order that these objectives may be maintained and furthered, and that any differences that may arise between the parties to this Agreement, may be settled equitably and rapidly, and also to provide the means for better understanding and co-operation between the parties, a Joint Conference Board shall be established.
