JOINT COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES. Article 8.1 The parties undertake to fulfill their tasks and responsibilities for the implementation of this contract, based on appropriate management, transparency and partnership principles, in accordance with existing national legislation and the provisions of Article 1.5 of the Regulation for the implementation the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
JOINT COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES. (i) Each Party shall use Diligent Efforts to conduct and complete its obligations in accordance with the Plans in a timely manner, which efforts, for purposes hereof, shall include promptly assigning responsibility for the relevant obligations to employees in a timely manner, identifying relevant information, resources and facilities, monitoring performance of such employees, regularly communicating its research progress to the JSC, and making and implementing decisions to advance the progress of the R&D Activities in a timely manner, which decisions are not otherwise allocated to a team or committee hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, AMYRIS shall be solely responsible for assigning responsibilities to the Seconded Employees and AMYRIS personnel, and monitoring performance of R&D Activities of the Seconded Employees and AMYRIS personnel under the R&D Collaboration.

JOINT COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES. 1. The Parties to this Agreement periodically inform on non-compliance issues, results of inspections, statistical perfomance of RADs’ reporting and administrative measures.

The Parties commit to carry out their tasks and responsibilities related to the implementation of of this agreement and the organising of CULTURE NEXT network activities, based on appropriate management, the principles of transparency and partnership, according to the national legislation in force and the legal framework of the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) in the framework of “Creative Europe 2014-2020". The Parties undertake to use the information and documents obtained or to which they have access during the implementation of the CULTURE NEXT network activities according to this Agreement and in line with the national legislation in force and legal framework of the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) in the framework of “Creative Europe 2014-2020" , with respect to the legal provisions on transparency, access to information and personal data protection. In order to participate in the CULTURE NEXT network activities the Parties must ensure that they carry out their agreement in accordance with the following principles and obligations related to: Conflict of interests. All Parties involved must take all measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Agreement could be compromised for reasons involving family, emotional life, political or national affinity, economic interest or any other direct or indirect interest (‘conflict of interests’).They must formally notify the Promoter without delay of any situation constituting or likely to lead to a conflict of interests and immediately take all the necessary steps to rectify this situation. The Promoter may verify that the measures taken are appropriate and may require additional measures to be taken by a specified deadline. Ethics. All network activities must be carried out in line with the highest ethical standards and the applicable EU, international and national law on ethical principles.
JOINT COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES. The parties will jointly undertake; To jointly carry-out the activities under this project; XXXX as the overall lead partner to provide financial and technical support to execute the activities. RCD to facilitate, mobilise and execute the activities. MPG to provide enabling environment for execution of the activities. To carry out or facilitate training and participation of farmers and communities in the identified sites for the determined interventions in 2(b) Each party will keep each other updated on any new events or projects being planned in the district and LLG. Provide ample opportunity for visibility activity of the EU funded Action implementation through relevant media outlets, notices, publications and public events CONTINGENCY MANAGEMENT If required NARI will work with its Parties in this MoU to resolve any disputes, claims or compensation from individuals, groups or organization in relation to Land used for project work. If required, a third party can be approached for assistance in resolving the issue if any.

In order to receive financial support the Full Members must ensure that they carry out their contract under the following principles and obligations related to: Conflict of interests The full members must take all measures to prevent any situation in which the impartial and objective implementation of the Grant Agreement could be compromised for reasons involving family, emotional life, political or national affinity, economic interest, or any other direct or indirect interest (‘conflict of interests’).
