Job Transfer. 8.09 (A) When an employee is permanently transferred from one job to another, for reasons such as displacement through seniority procedures or application for transfer, they shall be paid according to their qualifications to perform the job transferred to.
Job Transfer. Full time employees shall be considered for temporary full time vacancies in accordance with Article 10.07 (d). The Hospital reserves the right to restrict the number of full time employees from one (1) area who can fill temporary vacancies at any one (1) time. A full time employee may make written request to be considered for temporary full time vacancies by utilizing the Request for Transfer Form. Such request shall become active on the date it is received and remain in effect until December 31 following. Such requests will be considered as applications for temporary vacancies of greater than sixty (60) days. Full-time employees who are successful to a temporary full-time vacancy need not be considered for another temporary vacancy until the completion of the current temporary position.
Job Transfer. If a transfer to another classification is voluntary as a result of a job posting, the employee will be paid the same grid level in the new classification that he/she was at in their previous classification.
Job Transfer. After full time employees obtain a minimum of six (6) months center seniority, the Employer will acknowledge, by seniority, employees’ requests for voluntary transfers from the center in which they are employed to fill a new or vacant job in another center. This procedure will be utilized in conjunction with the job selection procedure outlined in Article 3, Section 8 and 10 of the Central Region Supplement. 1st Opening – Transfer 2nd Opening – Part Time 3rd Opening – Part Time 4th Opening – Part Time 5th Opening – Part Time 6th Opening – Part Time 7th Opening – Part Time 8th Opening – Outside Hire When such requests for voluntary transfers are granted, the employee shall go to the bottom of the seniority list for a period of one (1) year and shall have the right of job opportunity only in accordance with his/her their seniority at such center. However, he/she they shall exercise his/her their Company seniority for layoff purposes and all other contract benefits. After one (1) year, his/her their seniority date shall be dove-tailed. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing. If an employee’s request for transfer to an unfamiliar job is granted, he/she they shall have thirty (30) working days to qualify for the job. No transfer will become effective from November 15th up to and including January 15th. After an employee’s request has been honored, the employee will not be eligible to transfer for a period of one (1) year. All transfers will be completed within ten (10) working days from the date the employee has been notified by HR/Center that his/her their transfer was approved.

Job Transfer. 16.01 If an employee is transferred or reclassified to a higher rated job category he shall receive the starting rate of the job to which he is transferred or his regular rate, whichever is the greater.

In the event a family moves away from the Southern Illinois area necessitating the student(s) removal from the Academy during the school year, provided notice is given fifteen (15) days prior to the student(s) removal from the Academy, the remainder of that month’s tuition will be retained by the Academy, but the remaining balance on this contract will not be enforced.

Job Transfer. 17.01 A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit shall retain, but not accumulate, her seniority held at the time of the transfer. In the event the nurse is returned to a position in the bargaining unit she shall be credited with the seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of her return to the bargaining unit.
