JOB TITLE/DUTIES Clause Examples
The JOB TITLE/DUTIES clause defines the specific position and responsibilities assigned to an employee within an organization. It typically outlines the official job title and provides a summary or list of the main tasks, functions, or expectations associated with the role, such as managing a team, preparing reports, or handling customer inquiries. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the employee’s role, helping to prevent misunderstandings about job expectations and serving as a reference point for performance evaluations or disputes.
