CLAIM, means a demand by CM/GC pursuant to Section D.3 for review of the denial of CM/GC’s initial request for an adjustment of Contract terms, payment of money, extension of Contract Time or other relief, submitted in accordance with the requirements and within the time limits established for review of Claims in these General Conditions.
JOB SITE CONDITIONS. The Employer shall insure that on all job sites safe, cooled drinking water is provided at all times, and that supplies to clean and wipe hands in a sanitary manner are provided.
JOB SITE CONDITIONS. All job site working conditions, including rest periods, coffee breaks and work practices, shall be as determined by the Contractors.

  • Working Conditions 10.01 The Union will co-operate with the Employer in maintaining good working conditions.
