Job Sharing Criteria. Job sharing proposals may be considered where one (1) of the partners proposing the job sharing arrangement already occupies the regular full-time position under consideration and has completed two (2) years of satisfactory service. The second partner must have completed two (2) years of satisfactory service, must be at the same classification level or higher than the proposed job share position, must currently occupy a regular position, and must be qualified to perform the duties of the position without additional training. Both partners must be performing their current jobs satisfactorily.
