Common use of Job Share Clause in Contracts

The Medical Center will comply with its policy regarding job share positions, as it is currently in effect and may be amended from time to time, provided, however, that the Medical Center will not alter the provision that the job share position remains with the original FTE or “position holder” and his or her corresponding shift.
