Job Share Teachers. If a teacher job shares a position pursuant to Article XVII during his or her years of service with District 112, the amount of severance will be calculated at his or her average FTE over the past 20 years of actual service.

Job Share Teachers a. Teachers sharing a job may agree to cover up to five (5) consecutive illness days within a trimester provided there is no cost to the corporation. In such instances, the absent teacher shall not be required to use leave days.

  • Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of Labor- Management Relations Committees for Divisions represented by the Federation. The purpose of these Committees is to discuss any item of concern, including safety, to either party and to improve communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.
