Job Share Arrangements. (a) Job sharing is an arrangement where two Employees share one full- time position.
Job Share Arrangements. 10.01Job sharing is defined as an arrangement whereby two (2) employees share the hours of work of what would otherwise be one (1) full time position. If the Hospital agrees to a job sharing arrangement the following conditions shall apply:
