Job Recall Rights Not Affected. (a) An Employee who is temporarily assigned to a job to which he has recall rights does not thereby renew his recall rights.

  • Recall Rights 12.1 The parties agree that Local boards will increase the length of time contained in their local collective agreements providing rights to recall by an additional two (2) years.

  • Employment of Unauthorized Aliens The employment of unauthorized aliens by the Grantee is considered a violation of Section 274A (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. If the Grantee knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such violation shall be cause for unilateral cancellation of this Agreement.

  • Liability for Unauthorized Transactions You will be liable for unauthorized access to accounts via Online Banking to the extent allowed by applicable federal and state law. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.
