Job Postings and Applications. If a vacancy is created or a new position is established within the bargaining unit and the position is to be filled for more than three months, the Employer will post the position for a minimum of seven calendar days on the approved bulletin boards. Applicants who possess the requisite knowledge, qualifications, skill, availability and ability will be interviewed.
