JOB INTERVIEW. A teacher shall be granted leave of absence for up to one (1) day in a school year for the purpose of a job interview. Such leave shall be granted with a deduction at the cost of a Teacher-Teaching-On- Call. Any monies received by the teacher as compensation in excess of the deduction for loss of wages shall be paid to the Board.

  • Interview A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to minutes during the employee's orientation period without loss of regular earnings. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.
