As used in this section the term “4850” refers to Section 4850 of the Government Code. Such leave shall be administered according to the following provisions:

  • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate.
