JOB CLASSIFICATIONS. Section 13.1. The description and classification of all jobs within the bargaining unit is a management function of the Employer. The Employer retains the right to redescribe and reclassify jobs as the needs of its government may indicate. Upon request of the Employer, an employee shall cooperate and assist in the redescription of that employee's job to insure that the job's current duties and responsibilities are currently described.
