Itinerary Changes. (a) The itinerary, and associated services, for the Event are as set out on the Event Website, and the Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes at any time in order to ensure the Event is operated safely and responsibly. Should there be a significant and material change prior to the Event taking place, which is not a result of a force majeure type circumstance (and this does not include any reasonable change to the applicable route in any circumstances) then the Organiser will inform you as soon as is practicable and you may either agree to proceed with the new itinerary, transfer your place to another equivalent event operated by the Organiser, or cancel your participation in the Event in which case you will receive an appropriate refund of any Registration Fee paid. The arrangements for any refunds to fundraising donors are strictly between the Charity and you in this instance if you have chosen the Charity Fundraising option, or are fundraising independently for a charity having chosen the Self Fund option.

Itinerary Changes. Divinely Inspired Living Media LLC occasionally may find it necessary to make changes in its stated itinerary. The Retreat makes every effort to keep such changes to a minimum. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION Participant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily applied to participate in the Retreat and that all choices of activities are his/her own voluntary choice. MEDICAL Medical advice: Divinely Inspired Living Media LLC does not provide, has no duty to provide and does not purport to provide any counseling, psychological, psychiatric or medical advice or treatment in respect to any medical or health related matter. No such services are provided as part of the Retreat. Health Insurance: Participant understands and agrees it is his/her responsibility and obligation to check with his/her health insurers to confirm that he/she will be covered by appropriate medical insurance for all travel to and during the Retreat as well as for full participation in the Retreat. By signing these Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she is in good health and has arranged (or will arrange) for appropriate health insurance and has been determined fully capable of participating in the Retreat.

The Bucketlist Lifestyle encourages participants to consult a doctor for specific medical advice about any activities or destinations. Any prescribed medication must be taken during the trip for the health and safety of the trip. If any preexisting conditions exist that could potentially affect the health and safety of the group then it must be disclosed to The Adventure Coordinator before the commencement of The Adventure. of the trip then Certain Adventure may require that the participant obtain medical consent and/or proper travel medical insurance prior to departure as a condition of participation. Medical Authorization and Coverage In the event the participant becomes sufficiently incapacitated as to be unable to direct his or her own care, there is no one on the Adventure who can direct participant’s care, and The Bucketlist Lifestyle is unable or does not have time to contact participant’s emergency contact, the participant, by registering and paying a deposit for an Adventure, authorizes any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of any injury or illness while participating in the activity including, but not limited to: X-ray, examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis, or treatment and hospital care which is deemed advisable by, and is to be rendered under the general or specific supervision of, a duly licensed physician deemed competent to render the necessary care. Any financial liability that the participant incurs while incapacitated on the adventure is the sole responsibility of the participant.
