Itinerary Changes. (a) The itinerary, and associated services, for the Event are as set out on the Event Website, and the Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes at any time in order to ensure the Event is operated safely and responsibly. Should there be a significant and material change prior to the Event taking place, which is not a result of a force majeure type circumstance (and this does not include any reasonable change to the applicable route in any circumstances) then the Organiser will inform you as soon as is practicable and you may either agree to proceed with the new itinerary, transfer your place to another equivalent event operated by the Organiser, or cancel your participation in the Event in which case you will receive an appropriate refund of any Registration Fee paid. The arrangements for any refunds to fundraising donors are strictly between the Charity and you in this instance if you have chosen the Charity Fundraising option, or are fundraising independently for a charity having chosen the Self Fund option.
Itinerary Changes. Divinely Inspired Living Media LLC occasionally may find it necessary to make changes in its stated itinerary. The Retreat makes every effort to keep such changes to a minimum. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION Participant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily applied to participate in the Retreat and that all choices of activities are his/her own voluntary choice. MEDICAL Medical advice: Divinely Inspired Living Media LLC does not provide, has no duty to provide and does not purport to provide any counseling, psychological, psychiatric or medical advice or treatment in respect to any medical or health related matter. No such services are provided as part of the Retreat. Health Insurance: Participant understands and agrees it is his/her responsibility and obligation to check with his/her health insurers to confirm that he/she will be covered by appropriate medical insurance for all travel to and during the Retreat as well as for full participation in the Retreat. By signing these Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she is in good health and has arranged (or will arrange) for appropriate health insurance and has been determined fully capable of participating in the Retreat.
Itinerary Changes. Adventure travel is inherently prone to complications and alterations. In some circumstances, it may be necessary to change accommodations, transportation, activities or other services, sometimes with little or no notice. In such cases, NHA will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable substitutions wherever possible. NHA will keep Guests updated on any changes that may affect Guests’ arrival or departure.
Itinerary Changes. Flight schedules must be determined at time of confirmation. Itinerary changes are permitted, but subject to aircraft and crew availability and subject to price adjustments. Acceptance of changes to the itinerary is at Celebrity's sole discretion. In the event changes are not accepted by Celebrity and the flight is cancelled, all cancellation charges will apply as indicated above. Notification of changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and transmitted between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. EST by facsimile to 000-000-0000.

Itinerary Changes. We gather the necessary information from clients to create itineraries based on his or her wish. Once the itinerary is created, the travel advisor works with the client to complete any requested changes. The travel advisor is not bound to making any changes to the said itinerary without consent from the client. If a client makes a change and realizes the changes are not to his or her satisfaction, Dream Vacation Concierge and its Independent Contractors are not liable or responsible for any damages from the modifications. If a Client opts to cancel his or her vacation package booked through Dream Vacation Concierge, our travel advisors handle all changes, payments, or cancellations of a vacation package with the respective vacation supplier. The client must initiate notification of these requests in the form of an email or phone call. At the time of the request, we reserve the right to cancel all itinerary plans and reservations linked to the canceled vacation package.

Documentation Participants are responsible for obtaining any documents required for their participation in the Adventure such as a valid passport, all visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documents. Failure to obtain documents does not negate the Terms and Conditions, and any extra costs incurred for rerouting due to travel without the necessary documents will be the participant’s responsibility. Health Requirements Participants must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition, diet, or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made. The Bucketlist Lifestyle encourages participants to consult a doctor for specific medical advice about any activities or destinations. Any prescribed medication must be taken during the trip for the health and safety of the trip. If any preexisting conditions exist that could potentially affect the health and safety of the group then it must be disclosed to The Adventure Coordinator before the commencement of The Adventure. of the trip then Certain Adventure may require that the participant obtain medical consent and/or proper travel medical insurance prior to departure as a condition of participation. Medical Authorization and Coverage In the event the participant becomes sufficiently incapacitated as to be unable to direct his or her own care, there is no one on the Adventure who can direct participant’s care, and The Bucketlist Lifestyle is unable or does not have time to contact participant’s emergency contact, the participant, by registering and paying a deposit for an Adventure, authorizes any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of any injury or illness while participating in the activity including, but not limited to: X-ray, examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis, or treatment and hospital care which is deemed advisable by, and is to be rendered under the general or specific supervision of, a duly licensed physician deemed competent to render the necessary care. Any financial liability that the participant incurs while incapacitated on the adventure is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Itinerary Changes a. The Company reservs the right to divide the trip members into groups for easy distribution on coaches and other means of transport. The Client has to show up at the assembly point determined by the company.

In the event that any of the foregoing require a change of date, eguide will endeavour to notify You at least 48 hours in advance and will offer You the opportunity to re-book or accept a full refund. Eguide will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Ride commences at the allotted time and it shall be Your responsibility to ensure that You arrive in sufficient time to participate in the safety briefing, bike fitting, etc. Late arrivals may not be permitted to Ride and no refunds or compensation will be payable to You in such circumstances.
