Common use of Items Clause in Contracts

Items. The public contract consists of the items mentioned in Annex 1: Bill of quantities. (See also Part 3 and/or inventory) These items are pooled and form one single contract. It is not possible to tender for one or several items and the tenderer must submit price quotations for all items of the contract.
