Items Left Behind. Any items left behind by Guest will be held for approximately six months and every reasonable effort will be made to contact Guest for their return. However, ultimately Lessor is not responsible for these items. If they are not claimed within six months, Guest forfeits Guest's right to such items and Lessor shall not be held responsible for any disposal.
Items Left Behind. Any items left behind will be deemed to have been abandoned by the Resident. The Residence Life Office will discard any items left behind by the Resident after the end of the term specified in section 1.2 of this Agreement, the date of early withdrawal by the Resident, or the date of termination of the Resident’s occupancy by the Residence Life Office. This includes items confiscated and temporarily held by the Residence Life Office. The Residence Life Office and the University are not responsible for mailing back items to the Resident and will not compensate the Resident for items that have been discarded. The Resident agrees to indemnify the Residence Life Office for any costs, damages, or other expenses arising out of, or in any way connected with, the disposal of items left behind by the Resident.
Items Left Behind. During end-of-term move-out, MICA will provide open-top roll-off containers and trash cans to facilitate cleaning and removal of trash and any unwanted items. Students must remove all trash including building materials, personal items, furniture, artwork, art supplies, etc. from walls, floors, windows, and ceiling of their assigned studio or workspace AND from any common areas, including classrooms, kitchenettes/lounges, exhibit areas, stairways, hallways, elevators, doorways, and community work areas. Do not leave behind items marked free/for donation or leave them in “Swap Shop” areas; they will be discarded and fines will be assessed in accordance with the Violations & Appeals section of this Agreement.
Items Left Behind. Owner or Agent shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call Agent as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval, charge the credit card on file to cover the expense.
Items Left Behind. Mac’s Shacks is not responsible for items left behind. Please be sure to double check your cottage prior to departure. If we are asked to return items on your behalf we will gladly do so, at your expense. A $25 charge per key will be deducted from your damage deposit for keys that are not returned upon check-out.
Items Left Behind. Property left in residence longer than 48 hours after the student has vacated is considered to be abandoned and will be disposed of. The College and the Department of Housing & Student Life is not responsible for mailing items back to the student and will not compensate the student for items that have been discarded. The Resident agrees to indemnify the Department of Housing & Student Life for any cost, damages, or other expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the disposal of items left behind by the Resident.

If items are left behind, there will be a $25 fee to recover the item plus shipping costs assessed to return them. If items are not claimed within 30 days, they shall become the property of HCPL. HCPL will not be held liable for condition of said items.

If these items are not timely claimed and retrieved, Guests forfeit their rights to such items and The Xxxxx shall not be held responsible for any disposal.
