Items. All bid items are to be NEW and of most current production, unless otherwise specified.

Additionally, each Item furnished under this Agreement will meet its respective Specifications described in the applicable SOW for a period designated in Supplier’s standard warranty for such Item or for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery of the Item to Buyer, whichever is greater; and
