Itemized Statements. At the end of any month in which the Consultant performs Services and incurs expenses in accordance with Section 2(b), the Consultant shall submit to the Company an itemized statement of the Services performed, including the number of hours worked and the project to which the Services relate, and the expenses incurred, including appropriate and reasonable documentation. The Company shall pay the Consultant the amount set forth on such itemized statement within thirty (30) days after receipt.

The Consultant shall keep full, true and accurate books of account and other records containing all particulars that may be necessary to ascertain properly and verify the fees and expenses paid pursuant to this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, and for one (1) year thereafter, the Company or its representatives shall have the right to inspect, during regular business hours, said books of account and other records for purposes of verifying such fees and expenses.
Itemized Statements. The Employer will provide, on each pay day, to each employee an itemized statement of wages showing the month, hours, rates, deductions, etc. Upon request, personal material will be provided in sealed envelopes.
