Common use of Issue of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Issue of Warrants. Warrants shall be executed by the Corporation from time to time and, forthwith after such execution, shall be delivered to the Trustee and shall be authenticated by the Trustee and delivered to the Corporation in accordance with the terms of Section 2.6. Other than as contemplated by Section 2.10, the Trustee shall receive no consideration for the certification or Authentication of Warrants.
