ISSUE OF THE CARD. 5.1 SBM shall issue the card to those customers whose application to that effect shall have been accepted and after the opening of a special account entitled “Credit Card Account”. The card is strictly personal and must for its validity, be signed by the cardholder before use. The card cannot be used by any other party.
