ISSUE OF THE CARD. 5.1 SBM shall issue the card to those customers whose application to that effect shall have been accepted and after the opening of a special account entitled “Credit Card Account”. The card is strictly personal and must for its validity, be signed by the cardholder before use. The card cannot be used by any other party.

ISSUE OF THE CARD. (a) Upon approval by the Bank of the Card applications signed by the Business Cardmember and the Cardholder, the Cardholder will receive a Card in his/her name, and the Bank will open and maintain a Card Account for each Card in the name of the Cardholder.

The card remains our property always and the Business Client must return it to us immediately on our request. The credit cards are Visa-branded cards, issued by us under licence of Visa.
