Common use of ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS Clause in Contracts

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 The Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 12.1 The Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 (1) The Issuer Issuers will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 15.1 The Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of (a) Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 The Issuer 15.1 Each of the Issuers will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of (a) Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 15.1 The Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Bearer Notes, Coupons Coupons, Talons and Talons Registered Notes to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent (in the case of Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons) and the Registrar (in the case of Registered Notes) (in such capacity, each a Replacement Agent) at its their specified office offices for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 17.1 The Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of (a) Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS. 13.1 16.1 The relevant Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of (a) Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.
